What you’ll get to do

You will be an integral part of region HR services function as a subject matter expert in the following areas:

  • Provide assistance to the region HR Services Manager, Director, Managers, and Generalists in the field

  • Respond, research and/or assist with basic questions and/or situations with the resources available to Regional HR Department

  • Act as liaison with region HR and Corporate Employee Services

  • Act as region HR point of contact for employee programs, policies. systems and services

  • Develop, generate and follow up on HR related reports as required

  • Provide assistance to assigned locations for payroll signoffs and technical assistance with Kronos.

  • Ensures compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedures

  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Experience and Skills

  • 3-5 years of strong Human Resource experience; previous experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

  • Demonstrated use and knowledge of HR systems

  • Extensive experience and proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

  • Must be self-motivated, fast-paced, able to work independently and multi-task, capable of seeing tasks through to completion on tight schedules

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills

  • Highly developed degree of personal organization

  • Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people at all levels

  • Maintain the highest level of courtesy, professionalism, and organization

  • Must be able to work 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily (Monday-Friday)
