What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term mine and land plans, including overburden strategies and land option analysis

  • Provide operational support through budgeting, management systems, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Deliver engineering and construction services to enhance operational efficiency and mine layout

  • Prepare timely progress and cost reports, and manage project completion and closure processes

  • Participate in hands-on learning across quarry operations, including mine planning, safety, equipment evaluation, and process optimization

What Are We Looking For

  • Sophomores, Juniors, or Seniors pursuing a BS in Mining or Civil Engineering

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills with demonstrated initiative and adaptability

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, build relationships, and think strategically

  • Commitment to safety, sustainability, and customer-focused performance

  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
