What You'll Be Doing
Leading and supporting field operations with a hands-on approach to ensure safe, efficient, and effective work practices.
Coordinating and planning maintenance activities to reduce downtime and extend equipment life; identifying mechanical issues and initiating timely repairs.
Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
Providing clear direction and leadership to field crews; mentoring team members and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Collaborating with maintenance and operations teams to prioritize tasks, schedule resources, and manage work orders and purchase orders for parts and services.
What Are We Looking For
Strong leadership skills with experience managing field teams in mining, construction, heavy equipment, or similar environments.
Mechanically inclined with a solid understanding of equipment operation, maintenance needs, and troubleshooting techniques.
Proven ability to plan and coordinate maintenance activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead by example and translate goals into actionable tasks.
Deep commitment to safety and quality standards.
