The Plant Clerk role is based in Pavilion, NY. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

What you’ll get to do

  • Provide administrative support for plant and sales management.

  • Help answer billing questions for internal and external queries.

  • Responsible for credit card and/or check receivables for RMC business

  • Manage tax certificates.

  • Enter and Maintain pricing data in Accounts Receivable system.

Essential Experience and Skills

  • Intermediate or greater proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and the flexibility to adapt to changing business situations.

  • Ability and motivation to meet the requirements of the job, which may include extended hours and irregular schedules

  • High school diploma GED

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Associates Degree

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily a professional office environment, but requires conducting business at manufacturing locations and job sites where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
