What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist with the setup, operation, and clean-up of asphalt paving and plant equipment

  • Monitor material flow and support efficient plant operations

  • Perform general labor duties such as shoveling, sweeping, and site maintenance

  • Follow safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety excellence

  • Support other team members and adapt to varied job responsibilities as needed

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to work safely in physically demanding outdoor environments

  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented operation

  • Reliable communication skills and a proactive work ethic

  • Comfort with using hand tools, heavy equipment, or machinery under guidance

  • Flexibility to work variable hours including nights, weekends, and overtime when required

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
