Position Title: Custodian

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain facilities’ indoor and outdoor appearance.

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and debris/trash removal.

  • Clean material spills using a sweeper, shovel, or other equipment.

  • Operate skid steer, sweeper, or lull as needed.

  • Assist the maintenance team with minor repairs.

  • Ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory safety standards and protocols.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Conditions of Employment:

Role operations primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
