What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead contract development, negotiation, and management for CapEx procurement.

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

  • Drive supplier performance improvements in quality, delivery, and service.

  • Identify and implement process improvements in sourcing and contract management.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with operational needs.

  • Apply competitive bidding practices and support strategic sourcing initiatives.

  • Provide expert procurement guidance, training, and support across the organization.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in CAPEX project procurement in industrial or infrastructure sectors. 

  • Experience in EPC project execution, financial structuring, or engineering. 

  • Exposure to global sourcing and supplier development in Low-Cost Countries. 

  • Deep understanding of FIDIC contracts, EPC frameworks, and risk allocation. 

  • Proficiency in procurement systems and project planning tools. 

  • Additional qualifications in strategic sourcing, contract law, or project management are a plus

Work Environment

This role operates in a hybrid work environment with a combination of remote work and travel to project sites, supplier locations, and company offices as needed. Flexibility and adaptability are key to success in this dynamic and collaborative setting.
