What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the accurate and timely closing of General Ledgers monthly, quarterly, and annually

  • Analyze and review financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations for multiple business units

  • Manage Profit Center/Cost Center accounting and SAP CO module closing for assigned locations

  • Lead projects to optimize systems, current processes, and future business integrations

  • Prepare and analyze inventory and product costing reports

  • Mentor junior staff and collaborate with various functions within the Shared Services Center

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and 4-8 years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Cost Accounting/manufacturing industry experience

  • Advanced proficiency in large ERP system and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Preference for SAP and Blackline experience

  • Hybrid schedule - 3 days in-office
