What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate pit loader equipment to safely and efficiently load raw materials

  • Monitor material quality and communicate any inconsistencies to supervisors

  • Perform basic equipment inspections and preventative maintenance

  • Assist with stockpile management and site cleanup as needed

  • Follow site safety protocols and report hazards immediately

  • Skilled in operating heavy equipment with focus on safety and efficiency

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

  • Strong situational awareness and attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production demands

  • Physically capable of working in demanding outdoor conditions

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
