What You'll Be Doing

  • Support plant operations through process optimization and technical troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and product quality.

  • Assist in implementing sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.

  • Analyze data and generate reports to support continuous improvement.

  • Participate in safety and environmental compliance programs.

What Are We Looking For

  • Focus within chemical engineering or a related field.

  • Adaptability to work within a cement manufacturing plant.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.

Work Environment

This role is based in a cement manufacturing facility and involves both office and field work. Candidates should be comfortable working in industrial environments and adhering to safety protocols.
