What You'll Be Doing
Train and mentor QC technicians to maintain high standards and consistency.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement.
Diagnose and resolve customer concerns
Ever changing environment and daily activities working across multiple locations
Facilitate teamwork and communication amongst sales, operations, and QC.
What Are We Looking For
Strong understanding of construction materials testing and quality assurance practices.
Proven ability to lead teams and foster a culture of accountability.
Skilled in interpreting technical data and applying it to real-world scenarios.
Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience.

Work Environment
This role operates in a dynamic, hands-on industrial setting with exposure to outdoor elements and production equipment. Safety gear and adherence to protocols are essential. Occasional travel between sites may be required.
