What You'll Be Doing

  • Train and mentor QC technicians to maintain high standards and consistency.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.

  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement.

  • Diagnose and resolve customer concerns

  • Ever changing environment and daily activities working across multiple locations

  • Facilitate teamwork and communication amongst sales, operations, and QC.

  • Strong understanding of construction materials testing and quality assurance practices.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and foster a culture of accountability.

  • Skilled in interpreting technical data and applying it to real-world scenarios.

  • Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience.

  • Commitment to safety, precision, and continuous improvement.

Work Environment

This role operates in a dynamic, hands-on industrial setting with exposure to outdoor elements and production equipment. Safety gear and adherence to protocols are essential. Occasional travel between sites may be required.
