What You'll Be Doing

  • Monitor and optimize mill operations to ensure efficient production and equipment reliability

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot issues

  • Lead maintenance planning and execution for mill-related equipment and systems

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions

  • Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards

  • Strong understanding of cement manufacturing processes and mill operations

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and drive continuous improvement

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments and levels

  • Proficiency in data analysis and use of engineering tools/software

Work Environment

This role is based at a cement manufacturing facility and involves both office and field work. The environment includes exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Appropriate PPE is provided and required.
