What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily cement packing and bulk shipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment across truck, rail.

• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to align shipping schedules with plant output and customer demand

• Monitor and enforce compliance with MSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations, as well as internal safety and quality standards

• Lead, train, and support shipping personnel to maintain high performance, accountability, and safe work practices

• Analyze shipping workflows and implement lean process improvements to reduce bottlenecks, minimize product loss, and optimize inventory movement

• Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, inventory levels, and equipment usage using plant systems and ERP tools

Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing and warehouse setting, involving exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. The position requires standing, walking, and operating equipment throughout the shift. Appropriate PPE is provided and required.
