What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform routine and specialized testing of aggregate materials to ensure quality standards are met

  • Maintain accurate records of test results and communicate findings to production teams

  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure reliable performance

  • Assist with troubleshooting material quality issues and recommend corrective actions

  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance

  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with lab equipment and basic testing methods (training provided)

  • Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
