What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate front-end loader to move and load materials safely and efficiently

  • Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance

  • Assist with stockpile management and material handling

  • Communicate with team members to coordinate operations

  • Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

  • Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 25 lbs.

  • Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces

  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory

  • Ability to perform tasks that require manual dexterity and physical stamina
