What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, clinker, and cement to ensure quality standards.

  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and testing equipment.

  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize process efficiency and product consistency.

  • Monitor and adjust raw mix chemistry to meet product specifications.

  • Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports for internal and regulatory use.

  • Oversight of Lab Techs and backup if necessary

Work Environment

This role is based in a cement manufacturing facility and involves working in both laboratory and plant settings. The position may require standing for extended periods, lifting samples, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
