What You'll Be Doing
Operate scale systems to accurately weigh and record materials for inbound and outbound trucks
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during weighing operations
Communicate effectively with drivers, plant personnel, and dispatch to coordinate load movements
Maintain accurate records and documentation for inventory and billing purposes
Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed to support plant operations
What Are We Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with weighing software and Microsoft Office
Commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask efficiently
Work Environment
This role is based at an aggregates plant. The position may require standing for extended periods, interacting with truck drivers, and exposure to varying weather conditions and industrial noise.
