What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment and machinery

  • Execute preventative maintenance to ensure operational reliability and safety

  • Collaborate with operations teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance

  • Operate hand and power tools, welding equipment, and mobile machinery as needed

  • Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently

  • Familiarity with welding, fabrication, hydraulics, and heavy equipment

  • Capable of following procedures and maintaining accurate maintenance records

  • Adaptable to changing priorities and effective in a team-oriented environment

  • Strong awareness of safety practices and risk mitigation

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
